• Negotiated a complete telecommunications network package with leading Telecom providers to provide an national ATM network. Analyzed internal costs, assets, roles and responsibilities. Defined specific requirements to ensure all necessary security related issues were guaranteed. Determined costing scenarios and negotiated a significantly reduced costing structure. Secured multiple agreements to allow for redundancies and quality assurance issues.

• Launched a weekly community publication offering classified and display advertising to a community of 40,000+. Introduced a unique outlet for individuals and companies to promote their items, products and services for sale in print and on-line formats. This entirely new service allowed individuals and companies to buy and sell, and promote enabling economic stability and transition opportunities in a growing community.

• Created and built a unique franchise brand called FREECARD in the Cayman Islands and Jamaica that allowed business to advertise and market directly to consumers. Research and acquired specialized display boards, engineered display cases, designed city coverage by designating specific key locations for placement of the display boards and sold space within the display boards to local businesses. This created high impact market opportunities that facilitated business development and increased revenues for participants.
